Dell intros Latitude 10 enhanced security for all your governmental tableting needs


Agencies need a little love tablet, too. Dell knows this, and the company is looking to make some progress in that space, along with other areas such as health care and financial institutions that require a high level of protection in the CE devices. The security enhanced version of Windows 8 slate Latitude 10 offers all kinds of custody technologies, including dual authentication with smart card and fingerprint reader. There is also a TPM, BitLocker drive encryption, Computrace Support and Noble Lock Slot. All these security measures help the device complies with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and Standard Federal Information Processing.
