Google may be preparing retail store roll out of the holidays

Google is reportedly taking a “build it and they will buy” for their products as a new rumor has the search engine giant and the progenitor Android building their own independent retailers in the U.S. later this year.
A “reliable source” speaking with 9to5Google told the site that the first of the new stores will be ready for Google business for holiday season 2013. The first stores will be in major metropolitan areas with the express purpose of getting products such as Google’s next Nexus, Chrome and, most importantly, the next product in the hands of customers. Google Chrome already works store within store models in Best Buys and 50 PCWorld / Dixon s’ in the UK, but new stores are reportedly completely independent, with sales flowing directly from Google for customers. While customers have to see, touch and interact with devices as a means to a sale is a retail Apple improved model, sounds like Google’s inspiration for their own stores glass actually came Google. The product, though often spoken, would be required to observe first hand by the public. What better way than through stores conveniently located? In addition, the stores also provide a platform for other projects like driverless cars and mini-unmanned delivery systems to meet potential buyers.
Last year, one analyst said TechRadar outlets were a distinct possibility for Google in 2014-2015. It seems that Google can go ahead with their plans in a faster timetable. The Nexus 4 will have a good time in a store selling Google where customers could order secretaries point blank if the phone was in action rather than learning a “Sold Out” message from Google Play. So maybe one day get independent stores, Google took some of the burden of tracking the uber-popular telephone down to us with the launch of a Nexus 4 search Thursday. It’s pretty simple: write your address and Google will find retail locations that have the handset within five miles, 10, 20 and 50 of its location. The idea is to check availability before going in, but actually have to call ahead. T-Mobile is the official U.S. only at this time, so let’s see all the options of T-Mo when you search. A company representative told us that it was not the first time Google has created a tool: Mountain View was one for the Nexus 7 is still up and running.
