LG updates Optimus L-Series handsets for MWC 2013

Mobile World Congress in Barcelona starts in two weeks, but that does not mean that the news will wait until then.
LG announced today that it will present the next version of its L-series line of mid-level devices in the mobile conference later this month. The series includes the successors of the LG Optimus L7, L5 and L3.
The update L7, aptly called the LG Optimus L7 II, will have a dual-SIM version to be released in Russia this week.
Your processor will be beaten to a single core 1 GHz dual-core CPU, and you get a greater 2460 mAh battery.
And whilst retaining a 4.3-inch WVGA IPS screen, now has an 8-megapixel camera (the previous generation had a 5 megapixel camera), and will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The L5 II will have a 4-inch WVGA screen and a 1700 mAh battery, while the lower your levels, the L3 II, will have a 3.2-inch QVGA IPS screen and battery 1540 mAh.
Although LG did not release any U.S. availability date about these phones, I would not be surprised if a couple of U.S. trap carriers to a headset L II below.
Boost Mobile and U.S. Cellular L7 both brought to our shores (but was renamed LG and LG Venice Splendor, respectively) and T-Mobile had the Optimus L9, although there was no mention of a successor to the smart phone, unfortunately.
