Apple has won a handful of patents in Hong Kong to design your icons iOS.
The company applied for design patents in June 2012, according to documents obtained by Patently Apple registration. Design patents were granted by Hong Kong officials on Friday. According to an image included in the patent application, Apple won design awards for its icon Siri, iMessage and Notes, among others. Won a total of six design patents.

Apple has been very protective over its icon designs in the past. Last year, in fact, Apple claims in its lawsuit that Samsung continues its main competitor was violating its icon designs. After designing new icons, historically Apple has patented them quickly in the markets for many products it offers. Apparently, she did it again this time
